Why? A family-friendly event for all ages! Come support the many charitable causes our church takes part in, including: Meals on Wheels, Sacred Heart Community Service, Building Opportunities for Self Sufficiency and the Alameda County Food Bank, among others. A portion of the proceeds from this event will also go towards helping the oppressed Egyptian Christians struggling in the aftermath of the Egyptian Revolution. PCAL Summer Sports

It’s the summer rush of PCAL sports. Here’s what’s coming up.

  1. Ping Pong Tournament Saturday, May 28th @ 1pm St. Mary & St. John COC, San Ramon
  2. Basketball season starts June 5th – Visit www.PCALEAGUE.org for more information!
  3. The 1st ever Volleyball league is starting in June, more details to come. Contact Phoebe Mankaryous
  4. Soccer kicks off in August, register now before time runs out!
  5. We need someone to take the lead on a flag football league. If you are interested, contact us.

NCCYC Summer

As you all already know, we will be blessed to have “H.G. Bishop Angaelos” join us for our annual Northern California Coptic Youth Convention (NCCYC) and it will be  the last weekend of July 2011 (one week earlier than previous years).
Date
Commence at :    4:00 pm  Friday, July 29th,2011
Conclude at :   2:00 pm  Sunday, July 31st, 2011
2011 NCCYC theme will be “Faith & Works.”
Early Registration (checks must be received by May 31st)
– Full-time Registration – $150
– One-day Registration – $70
Late Registration (checks must be received by June 30th)
– Full-time Registration – $175
– One-Day Registration – $80
